Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Is the tool-only box ready to clean from a bucket?
The draw hose is supplied, but battery and charger are not. Provide the correct compatible PowerShare equipment and clean-water setup.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the 20-foot hose provide remote high-pressure gun reach?
No. It supplies inlet water to the handheld pump. The lance attaches directly to the tool.
Explore this need in the finder →Can I use my existing PowerShare equipment for small rinsing?
The model uses the 20V MAX PowerShare platform. Match the specified compatible battery and charger. It is a small portable cleaner rather than a full driveway-washing setup.

The WORX WG625.9 Hydroshot is a handheld cleaner for small jobs away from a conventional washing station. It can draw clean water through its inlet hose, so a nearby container can be more useful than finding a tap at the work area. The pump travels in your hand with the lance.
That arrangement suits spot-rinsing outdoor equipment or handling a modest vehicle-cleaning task. It is a different tool from a wheeled washer with a separate high-pressure gun. Choose it for access and portability, not as an assumed replacement for a large driveway-cleaning setup.
Tool-only means you supply the power equipment
WG625.9 belongs to the WORX 20 V MAX PowerShare battery platform. This exact suffix excludes the battery and charger. A photograph of the related WG625 kit, or a family manual that illustrates charging, does not put those items in the tool-only box.
If you already own compatible equipment, confirm the exact battery and charger requirements before relying on it. If you are starting from nothing, compare a complete documented kit. Tool-only portability is not the same as being ready to clean immediately after opening the package.
The 20-foot hose is an inlet hose
The supplied draw hose takes water from the source to the handheld pump. It does not provide 20 feet of remote high-pressure reach between a stationary machine and a separate gun. The lance connects directly to the tool.
This matters if your plan is to leave the entire weight on the ground and walk around a car with a light trigger gun. The Hydroshot's form is different. The original 2.8-pound tool reference includes the lance but not the battery, water source or all the items you carry to the job.
Keep the suction path clean
The maker specifies fresh water. Keep the inlet filter away from sediment and follow the original priming and height limits. The reviewed instructions give a maximum suction height of 5 feet; a hose's length does not mean the machine can lift water by that height difference without limit.
Do not put detergent, fertilizer, salty water or muddy water through the main inlet. The optional soap accessory introduces suitable cleaner separately. Drawing water from a bucket does not mean every bucketful is appropriate for the pump.
Five patterns do not mean five pump speeds
The supplied nozzle selects 0, 15, 25 and 40-degree patterns plus a watering setting. The exact US FAQ describes one simple speed. Changing the pattern changes how the spray is distributed; it is not evidence of a separate adjustable-pressure motor control.
The narrowest pattern can still damage a vulnerable surface. Follow the equipment and surface instructions, use an appropriate pattern and do not assume a portable cleaner is harmless because its headline pressure is lower than a cartwasher's.
Do not combine pressure claims from different conditions
The maker's later listing uses a 415 PSI headline and its FAQ also refers to 320 PSI. Earlier original instructions describe 320 PSI under a garden-connected condition. Those references are not used here to promise a particular working pressure while drawing from your container.
Likewise, the 0.5 GPM maximum-flow reference is not treated as a guaranteed simultaneous working pair with a peak pressure. If your task depends on a strict working-output minimum, choose documentation for that actual operating condition.
What the standard package does not solve
The soap dispenser and turbo attachment are optional, so the basic tool-only setup is not matched as an included detergent package. The maker marks WG625.9 discontinued; that identifies an earlier reference without establishing whether any particular seller has stock.
Consider it when you want a small carried cleaner, have appropriate PowerShare equipment and can manage a clean water supply. Look elsewhere when you need a full ready kit, a remote output hose, integrated soap application or substantial area coverage.
