Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
I own ONE+ batteries and need to rinse from a bucket. Does this fit?
The bare RY120350 supports a filtered fresh-water siphon route with the correct supported 18 V ONE+ pack.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the 20-foot hose give me a separate lightweight spray gun?
No. It is an inlet siphon hose; you hold the power cleaner and battery while using its direct wand.
Explore this need in the finder →Is it a complete battery-and-charger kit?
No. RY120350 is tool-only. Do not borrow the included power equipment from the separate RY120352K kit.

The RYOBI RY120350 is most convincing when you already own supported 18-volt ONE+ batteries and want to rinse something away from a hose bib. This is a handheld power cleaner, with the motor and battery near your hands and a filtered inlet hose reaching into a clean-water source. It is a different buying proposition from a wheeled washer with a long hose leading to a lightweight gun.
The specific RY120350 offer described by RYOBI is tool-only. The related RY120352K is a kit designation, not permission to assume the bare model includes its battery and charger. If this will be your first ONE+ tool, add the correct power equipment to your decision before comparing convenience or total cost.
Bucket, garden hose or the documented bottle adapter
Its useful feature is the water route. The original manual describes a filtered siphon hose for a fresh-water container, while the US product reference also lists a two-liter bottle adapter. A garden-water supply can provide continuous water when that is convenient. These options help with a boat, RV, patio furniture or another manageable item where a conventional washer's connections would be awkward.
Keep the cleaner itself out of standing water and protect the battery compartment. A submersible hose end does not make the motor or battery submersible. When using a garden supply, follow the manual's filter-removal and connection procedure, local backflow rules and unrestricted inlet-hose requirement. Clean water and a properly arranged inlet remain essential even for a modest-output rinser.
The 20-foot hose is on the inlet side
The included 20-foot hose draws water toward the handheld tool. It is not a 20-foot high-pressure extension between a separate pump and a gun. That distinction changes both reach and handling: you can stand away from a bucket within the permitted setup, but you still hold the cleaner while spraying.
For a buyer with limited arm endurance, this matters more than the length printed on the hose. A wheeled machine with a separate gun may be preferable for prolonged cleaning even if its pump is less convenient to carry. No measured comfort test or ready-to-run lifting weight is claimed here; account for the actual battery you intend to use.
Three patterns, including a rotary option
The original packing list names a three-in-one nozzle with 15-degree, turbo and rinse positions. Rotating that attachment changes the application without keeping several loose tips in your pocket. Use the broad rinse position when appropriate and test a discreet area before moving closer to a surface.
A turbo position concentrates the jet. It is not a guarantee of safe cleaning on paint, seals or vulnerable wood. Likewise, selecting a different pattern is not evidence of an adjustable pump-pressure control. The reviewed documentation does not establish a numerical low-output mode comparable to a washer with a genuine pressure regulator.
What the output can and cannot establish
The original handbook lists 320 PSI maximum pressure and 0.8 GPM maximum flow. Those maxima are not a verified working pressure-and-flow pair. This review therefore does not promise that the cleaner meets a selected continuous-output threshold or that it will finish a driveway in a particular time.
That limitation is consistent with the product's role. Choose it for access and manageable rinsing rather than trying to replace a larger washer for extensive hardscape work. You may value being able to bring clean water to a job far more than a high peak number; if the job involves substantial embedded dirt over a large area, compare the appropriate conventional washers instead.
Soap and power are package decisions
RYOBI lists an EZClean foam blaster as a separate accessory. It is not in this bare tool's standard packing list, and the supplied nozzle set does not itself establish an included detergent stage. If soap application is essential, choose the correct supported accessory and confirm its instructions, or select a complete setup that includes that function.
The RY120350 fits an existing ONE+ owner who wants genuine container-fed rinsing and understands the handheld format. It is a weaker match for a first-time buyer wanting a complete battery kit, a long high-pressure hose, or a supplied soap system. Compare exact package codes rather than combining the bare cleaner's title with accessories pictured elsewhere in the range.
