APW5022Illustrated overview
A useful fit for

Household car, patio, siding and deck cleaning where the reel and adjustable wand are useful.

The main tradeoff

The original technical table calls 2000 PSI a maximum operating pressure and does not verify a paired working pressure/flow. Its numerical water-temperature table conflicts with repeated cold-water-only instructions.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Is the reel functional storage for the working hose?

The original assembly connects the outlet to the reel and then the working hose to the gun. It is an actual reel arrangement, not a molded hose hook.

Can I choose low pressure for detergent?

Yes. The exact instructions explain high/low adjustment at the nozzle and require the low-pressure position to draw detergent from the reservoir.

Should I feed it hot water because one table says 140°F?

No. The manual repeatedly specifies cold water only and says not to use hot water. This review leaves the numerical inlet-temperature limit unresolved rather than encouraging the conflicting upper figure.

An older reel-equipped household configuration

The All Power APW5022 combines a wheeled body, connected high-pressure hose reel, detergent reservoir and adjustable nozzle. The exact model is printed on the original manual cover. This is useful when comparing an older offered unit, because a generic 2000 PSI description alone is not enough to identify a pressure washer.

Its main attraction is the complete arrangement rather than a large pressure number. If you want to roll a household machine into position, manage the outlet hose on a reel and apply detergent from an onboard container, those are documented features of this version.

The reel has a real water connection

The assembly instructions connect an outlet extension to the reel and the working hose to the gun. This is an actual working-hose reel, not simply a hook for storing a loose coil. Check that these connections and the appropriate hose remain complete on the offered machine.

A reel still needs sensible hose management. It does not establish a particular working length, allow dragging the machine by the hose or remove the inlet garden hose from the setup. The original instructions direct you to use the machine handle for moving it.

Pressure adjustment and spray width are separate

The manual explains high and low settings at the nozzle, as well as changing between a fan pattern and a direct stream. That supports a genuine pressure-adjustment feature. It is more specific than simply describing an adjustable spray pattern.

Choose settings for the surface and original operating procedure. A concentrated jet can damage the same material that a suitable wider pattern and distance can clean. The presence of a control does not make vulnerable paint, seals or soft timber immune to misuse.

Allow for a soap-and-rinse routine

The included reservoir dispenses suitable cleaning agent at low pressure. After applying detergent, the instructions return the nozzle to the high-pressure setting for rinsing. This is a staged process, not detergent delivery at the maximum-pressure headline.

Use cleaning agents permitted by the instructions and surface. Bleach, corrosive products and solvent-containing cleaners are excluded. Do not let cleaner dry on the work. Flushing and cleaning the detergent path afterward is part of owning the system.

The maximum number does not prove working performance

The technical table calls 2000 PSI maximum operating pressure. Its separate water-consumption figure does not establish a simultaneous working pressure-and-flow pair. This review does not turn the two entries into a performance score or a guaranteed cleaning speed.

That matters when a job has a strict numerical requirement. Choose a machine with a documented compatible working rating for that comparison. For less numerical household selection, the actual nozzle, reel, supply needs and condition are more informative than treating every pressure headline as directly equivalent.

Follow the cold-water instruction

The original manual repeatedly says this unit is for cold water only and not to use hot water. A later technical-table temperature entry conflicts with that instruction. It should not be used as permission to feed the washer hot water.

The reviewed US configuration specifies 120 V 60 Hz and a GFCI plug. Inspect the cord, hose and fittings, provide clean garden water, purge air and follow the original electrical and shutdown instructions. Water and power routes both determine a practical working position.

Who it suits

The original scope is outdoor household work, with examples including cars, patios, decks and siding. The 26-pound machine reference does not make a wheeled trolley effortless on stairs, and a pull handle is not automatically a verified lifting handle.

Consider APW5022 when the older reel-and-adjustable-wand package fits those tasks and you can verify its condition and completeness. Look elsewhere for a documented commercial-duty machine, an included enclosed surface cleaner or a precisely established working-output pair.
